In the first round of the hackathon, starting at 12 AM on July 20th, participants have 8 hours to submit a PowerPoint presentation and a GitHub link to a skeleton code based on the given problem statement. Submissions are due by 8 AM on July 20th. This round assesses creativity, feasibility, and the technical foundation of the ideas.

In the second round of the hackathon, participants develop a working prototype of their idea. They must submit a GitHub link to the completed code and a 5-minute video pitch that presents and demonstrates their prototype. Submissions are due by 12 PM on 21st July. This round evaluates the practical implementation and presentation skills of the participants.
